Where a potential legal or compliance issue appears in our review, our recommendation will be to consult qualified securities counsel. Nothing in the Diagnostic — including any internal analytical framework we use — is a prediction of how much you will raise.
Recording & transcript
Your 60-minute consultation is recorded. The recording is delivered to you, and its transcript is used — together with our research — to prepare your written report. You consent to this recording during onboarding; without that consent we can’t run the session.
Confidentiality & benchmarking
Your questionnaire answers, analytics, and session are confidential. We retain anonymized, aggregated patterns across engagements (never your name, company, or individual figures in identifiable form) to make future diagnostics sharper.
Independence
The Campaign Diagnostic is a service purchased by the issuer. It does not influence SuperCrowd Investment Directory coverage, SuperImpactScore reports, or any investor-facing content, and every report carries that disclosure.
Member pricing
Member rates are offered on the honor system at checkout and verified during onboarding. If you selected a member rate and aren’t yet a member, we’ll invite you to join or to pay the difference — your choice.
Payments, refunds & rescheduling
- Payment is one-time, in USD, processed by Stripe at checkout.
- Full refund any time before our research begins.
- Once research has begun, fees are non-refundable — but you may reschedule your session once, free, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Sessions are scheduled at least five business days after your questionnaire is submitted, so the research has the time it needs.
- Your written report and session recording are delivered within three business days after your consultation.
